1. Application :
VRW-300CL-4 is mainly used to measure the thermal deformation temperature and Vicat softening point temperature of non-metallic materials such as plastics, hard rubber, nylon, electrical insulating materials, long fiber reinforced composites, high strength thermosetting laminates and so on. Easy to operate and precise to control, it is a highly intelligent testing instrument, which is widely used in Colleges and universities, scientific research units and product quality supervision and inspection units.
The machine uses a Chinese operating interface to monitor the test temperature, draw the curve of temperature and deformation in real time, print the test report, and realize the historical storage. When the mouse clicks on any part of the deformation and temperature curve, the interface will automatically display the deformation and temperature value. High precision displacement sensor (intelligent remote micrometer) is selected to measure deformation.

The thermal expansion coefficient of the specimen frame is less than0.005 / 100 °C(emphasis, directly affecting experimental results);
MCU and PC distributed control system are adopted in the control mode.
It has an automatic lifting system for the sample stand.
Use medium: methyl silicone oil or transformer oil;
Cooling mode: natural cooling above 150 C, water cooling below 150 C or natural cooling.
